During this period: The customer may cancel the loan without any penalty. The full principal amount disbursed must be repaid. Applicable interest for the number of days the loan was active and any statutory charges (if applicable) may be deducted. No additional foreclosure or cancellation charges will be applied during this period. To request cancellation within the cooling-off period, customers must contact our support team through the official communication channels mentioned on our website.
2. Refund Policy (Excess Amount)
SabkaLoan issues refunds only in cases where an excess amount has been received from the customer.
Examples include:
- Duplicate payment
- Overpayment of EMI
- Technical or banking errors
- Adjustment after loan closure or settlement
Refund Process:
- The excess amount will be verified internally.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original bank account.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 working days, depending on banking timelines.
- No cash refunds are provided.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Legitimate interest charged as per the loan agreement
- Processing fees (unless required by law or company policy)
- Charges agreed upon in the loan terms and conditions
- Requests made after the cooling-off period for loan cancellation
